Town and Country Real Estate offers re-occurring ACH on the first business day of each month. This service is FREE of charge. Please request the ACH form from the office.

Town and Country Real Estate Return/NSF Policy
Note it is company policy that once a payment has been returned for any reason (i.e.: NSF, invalid information, closed account, etc), the only payment method available will be with certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, cash). The payment portal will no longer be a payment option. There is a $35 return/NSF charge associated with any of the return payments. ENSURE the information submitted is correct. A transposed number or incorrect card information CAN cause a return payment. By registering and utilizing the portal you agree to the imposed fees and NSF policy.
