Within the portal our tenants are able to accomplish the following:

  • Set up one-time or recurring electronic payments via credit card/debit card* or bank draft** including checking or savings
  • Access information about your lease and payment history
  • Submit new online requests for work orders/maintenance
  • Update your contact information

*3.1% per charge
** flat $1.95 per charge

Town and Country Real Estate does offer re-occurring ACH on the first business day of each month. This service is free of charge. Please request the ACH form from the office.

Log in and once on the page click “sign up now.” CONFIRM your property.
A one-time use password will be emailed to you. The email address used must match the one we have on file.

Town and Country Real Estate Return/NSF Policy
Note it is company policy that once a payment has been returned for any reason (i.e.: NSF, invalid information, closed account, etc), the only payment method available will be with certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, cash). The payment portal will no longer be a payment option. There is a $35 return/NSF charge associated with any of the return payments. ENSURE the information submitted is correct. A transposed number or incorrect card information WILL cause a return payment. By registering and utilizing the portal you agree to the imposed fees and NSF policy.
